About me

Portrait of Henri

I'm based in Tallinn, Estonia, where I've spent most of my life. My career has been built around IT service management and ServiceNow, starting from technical support and working my way up to architecture and consultancy. I also completed compulsory military service as a cyber soldier with the Estonian Defence Forces, which added a different kind of perspective on teamwork and staying composed under pressure.

I adapt quickly to new situations and I'm genuinely open to different approaches. Precision and reliability matter a lot to me, and I tend to think things through carefully. I'm an analytical thinker by nature, which has served me well across both technical and process-oriented work.

On the side, I have been providing IT services to a non-profit organisation as a freelance project, which I find genuinely rewarding. Outside of work, I have a passion for music and DJing, and I enjoy the occasional side project when time allows. I get along well with most people and believe the best results come from teams that communicate openly and trust each other. I speak fluent English, Estonian and Finnish.
